Avenir has represented Pars Plåtgruppen, Linköping in the acquisition of Alfta Ytbehandling AB based in Ovanåker in Hälsingland. Pars Plåtgruppen has thereby expanded its operations in washing, blasting, painting, etc. of components and articles for the engineering industry. Avenir has represented Pars Plåtgruppen in the negotiations with the seller of the company as well as with contract writing and closing in acquisition.
