Avenir has represented Elmacron, Norrköping in the acquisition of Galvamek in Norrköping AB, which i.a. manufactures measuring and dosing equipment. Elmacron has thereby expanded its operations regarding the sale of equipment, components, etc. to the surface treatment industry.
Avenir has handled, among other things, the writing of the agreements and assistance with closing in the business transfer.
