Avenir has represented Linköping based Pars Plåtgruppen AB in the acquisition of Gösta Gustafssons Mekaniska Verkstad AB in Arboga, which is a well-established contract supplier of sheet metal products to the manufacturing industry and has around 25 employees.
Avenir has assisted i.a. in the negotiations with the sellers of the company as well as drawing up the contractual documents, assisting with closing in the company transfer etc.
